Goals in either half from Chris Healy and Cein McMonagle helped Kildare beat Offaly by 2-14 to 1-6 in difficult conditions at Hawkfield.
Offaly had the wind advantage in the first half but went in at half time 1-04 to 0-04 behind.
Kildare scored the last 8 points of the game and were deserving winners on the night.
