Goalkeeping workshops a great success
Last Saturday was the 3rd football goalkeeping workshop.
This course is aimed at all under age goalkeepers 12 to 18 years where the skills and training drills specific to goal keepers was delivered. Club coaches were encouraged to attend where they had an opportunity to up skill in the goal keeping skills and drills.
Many thanks to all the participants over the three days both players and coaches, to Cappincur for providing the facilities and especially to Alan Mulhall who attended last Saturday session and passed on invaluable coaching tips to our players and coaches.
