Club Faithful would like to thank everybody who came along to the hugely successful ‘Lunch Gathering’ which took place in Tullamore GAA Centre on Sunday, 5th June. Over 200 people attended the ‘Gathering’ style lunch before Offaly v Laois in the Leinster Senior Hurling Quarter Final.
The event was a huge success and we are delighted with the response as it generated the much needed support for our players. We thank our guests on the day, the players parents and to the Offaly Senior Hurling Team and Management for having their post-match meal with us in our Supporters Zone.
A special word of thanks to Marie Lynch Catering and staff for her superb lunch spread and the organisation of the hall. We’d also like to appreciate the efforts of Brian Gavin who done a tremendous job of MC on the day and his preview panelists of Brian Carroll, Kevin Martin, John O’Sullivan and Joe Dooley.
This week we’re moving our supporters zone as Offaly take on Westmeath in the Leinster Senior Football Quarter-Final in Mullingar on Sunday. Following the game we’ll be in attendance at Danny Byrne’s Bar for complimentary tea/coffee and spread provided by Christy Maye. All is welcome and we look forward to seeing you!
