The Offaly GAA Convention took place in O’Connor Park, Tullamore, on Tuesday, 13th December 2022.

Treasurer: Dervill Dolan (Clara)
Assistant-Treasurer: Nessa Feighery (Kilcormac-Killoughey)
P.R.O.: Padraig O’Meara (Clara)
Coaching Officer: Carina Carroll (Ballinamere)
Cultural Officer: Michelle Hogan (Birr)
Central Council Delegate: Paddy Scales (St Rynagh’s)
Coiste na nOg Chairperson: Keith Screeney (Kilcormac-Killoughey)
Leinster Council Delegate: Dolores Slevin (Kilcormac-Killoughey)
Leinster Council Delegate: Ciaran Groome (Bracknagh)
Planning & Training Officer: Brendan Minnock (Shamrocks)
All outgoing officers were re-elected for 2023, except for Joe Higgins who was obliged to step down as Leinster Council delegate under the 5 year rule, and Elaine Kelly-Dunne who did not seek reappointment as Children’s Officer. The Children Officer for 2023 will be appointed at the January County Board meeting on 10th January.
