This weekend, both the Offaly hurlers and footballers are in action.
In Round 3 of the Allianz Hurling League Division 2, Offaly must make another long journey – this time to Killarney to take on Kerry. Throw-in is at 2.00pm on Saturday, 25th February.

Offaly have already travelled to Down and then were at home to Derry in Round 2, with both games resulting in victories for the Faithful County.
Then, on Sunday, Offaly footballers are at home to table-toppers Cavan in Round 4 of the Allianz Football League Division 3. Offaly started the season with wins over Antrim and Fermanagh, but lost out to Westmeath last Sunday. Cavan have three wins from three and so are favourites for promotion at this stage.
It’s expected there will be a big crowd in Glenisk O’Connor Park, with the throw-in at 2.00pm.
Offaly ladies footballers also play in O’Connor Park on Sunday and their League game v Kildare has an 11.45am throw-in time.
