Many of Offaly’s U20 and Senior Hurling stars will be in action in this year’s Molloy Environmental Systems final at Glenisk O’Connor Park this Sunday. Tickets on sale now.
Nearly 200 people attended a centenary commemoration event in Dooly’s Hotel last Saturday night, 12th October, to remember the Offaly team that won the 1923 All-Ireland Junior Hurling final. For various reasons, the final was held on 12th October 1924.
Tullamore are the Tullamore Court Hotel Offaly SFC winners for the 2nd year in a row. There were also titles for Clonbullogue (Senior B), Ballinagar (Intermediate) and Edenderry (Junior).
