The Offaly U21 football team to play Laois in the Leinster U21 Football Semi-final at Netwatch Cullen Pk on Wednesday night at 7.30pm sees one change from the side that defeated Wexford in the quarter-final.  Ronan McEvoy from Shannonbridge comes in for Belmont’s Jack CLancy
