Gracefield GAA Club – Youth S&C Course
Well done to all who took part in our brand new youth S&C course workshop in Gracefield GAA club last night. This event contained 1 hour of theory and participant led discussion followed by a great practical session. The workshop is designed for all GAA clubs in Offaly regardless of facilities and is designed by our Performance GDA David Hare.
The aim of these workshops is to educate and assist our coaches on what can be done with very little equipment that can improve our young players.
The next Youth S&C Course is in Ferbane GAA Club on Wednesday the 23rd at 7pm.
