Tournaments For Underage GAA Players In Offaly
Winter is approaching but that doesn’t mean that GAA action has to stop for our young players in Offaly.
The Offaly Coiste na nÓg committee has put plans in place for three tournaments in October and November.
Two of the competitions will be held in memory of the late Jack Wyer (Ballinamere/ Durrow) and Jerry Conway (Tullamore), while there is also a ‘Super 7s’ event pencilled in.
These tournaments are part of Offaly GAA’s drive to enhance the games programme in the county and ensure that as many young players as possible get to enjoy Gaelic games.
