PR Committee Update
The PR Committee have been busy over the past four months. I would especially like to thank everybody who supported our weekend club championship programme. Proceeds of which will go towards coaching and games and new initiatives the PR Committee hope to introduce.
Below are some of the initiatives that have been implemented and we hope to continue working hard on promoting our games.
Local Scor Musicians singing National Anthem at home league games
Carrolls Tullamore 26 year sponsorship Jersey launch
New weekend programme for all club games with proceeds going to coaching & games development and initiatives run by pr committee
Weekly Column in Tribune and Offaly Independent
Designed new website and continue to add content and improve
Restructuring of all match programmes so that they are much more profitable
Opening round of LSFC we will honour 3 schools who won all-Irelands recently. St Mary’s Edenderry and Gallen Community School
Increased activity on social media where we have 15.7k followers now and run competitions etc. on a regular basis
Mascot Competition – contact O’Neill’s and they have agreed to sponsor 8 full kits for two mascots at each home championship games in 2016
